On a personal note, I attribute my success not only to my passion for homes, but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling. I was raised in the Burbank, CA, moved to Upstate NY and then settled in my adult life in Charlotte, North Carolina, I have an effective combination of Southern charm, Northeastern tenacity and a laidback California style. I like to win (for my clients) but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile. Pete & I live in a 1940’s Bungalow with two senior dogs. I am a good person to ask for food, wine, shopping and travel tips.
I graduated from Dental Hygiene School in Binghamton, NY and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. In terms of real estate, my education is never complete. As a licensed Broker (as opposed to Salesperson), I continually invest time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and negotiations techniques.
As Susan’s partner in work and life, we work hand-in-hand on every deal. For my part – I bring twenty five years of sales experience, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I strive to provide quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.
In previous roles, I have been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of projects, and we know how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction.
I consult with many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors and contractors to verify design studies, plans and cost estimates; this experience makes me effective in studying and evaluating real estate property, raw land and/or remodeling projects for residential or commercial use.
I am a North Carolina native and I was raised in Hendersonville in Western North Carolina.
After attending college at Valparaiso University and living in Chicago, IL for a few years, I moved back to North Carolina and settled in Charlotte in 1997. During my time here I have seen great changes and a lot of real estate opportunity.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, home remodeling projects and volunteering in my local community. Susan and I have a particular interest in supporting organizations that provide free dental care in the Metro Charlotte Region.
